Founded in 2015 by Brian Schmiesing in Minster, OH, Select Approach is a family-owned business with a core group of team members who care about each project. We partner with the top brands to give you the best quality, longevity and looks that last!  Combining design and construction experience, we strive to improve our clients' spaces according to their needs.

Quantify all FF&E items and request vendor quotes; provide value-engineered options; create and submit purchase orders; meet delivery timelines and provide options for on-site and off-site storage.
